How to identify my shower or cartridge

Take a photo of your shower valve. It will help us identify the make and model in most cases.

Take another photo with the cover/knobs removed from the shower valve. Sometimes, seeing also a front view of the internals can be adequate to identify the parts.

Take a photo of the part in question. For best results, please remove the shower or tap cartridge and send those images to us.
